At the end of every year, Pinterest releases a report. This report includes trends that will become relevant in the next yearly cycle.
After reading the report for the year 2025, I decided to associate some of these trends with astrology. Specifically, with the planet Venus in the different zodiac signs in the birth chart.
I have chosen Venus for this experiment because, in astrology, it is the planet connected with fashion, beauty, and aesthetics.
So, grab your birth chart, find your Venus sign, and look for the trends that apply to it.
Please note that this is my personal opinion. If something doesn’t resonate, move on and use your discernment. You can do whatever you want.

The Astrological Explanation of Pinterest Predicts 2025
Every trend I have chosen for each Venus zodiac sign is not arbitrary.

Venus in Aries and Pinterest Predicts 2025
According to Pinterest, the Cherry Coded trend’s tasting notes are “dark, sweet and such a vibe.” I wouldn’t characterize Venus in Aries as particularly “sweet.” However, dark is appropriate, and it definitely has such a vibe.
Venus in Aries in the birth chart is sexy and knows it. There’s a brash and unapologetic quality to this astrological placement.
I find cherries to be extremely erotic. Venus in Aries is ruled by Mars, a planet connected with sex and drive.
Besides, Mars is a red planet. Even though cherry is not exactly red, I think it’s close enough.
I chose Mix and Maximalist in second place. As the first Fire sign of the zodiac, Aries gives me the “more is more” vibes.
Finally, Chaos Cakes takes third place. Pinterest describes this trend as “sweet treats [that] are unafraid to be brutally themselves.” This applies to Venus in Aries natives, and I anticipate seeing many wacky cakes at their celebrations.
Venus in Taurus and Pinterest Predicts 2025
The trend Terra Futura is perfect for Venus in Taurus. This zodiac sign is an Earth sign ruled by Venus, so this looks like a match made in heaven.
Venus in Taurus has a sustainable and natural approach to beauty. Health and consciousness are not separated from aesthetics for this placement.
Pinterest describes this trend as related to “sustainable living with recyclable fashion, self-sufficient gardens and community spaces”. This sounds appropriate for Venus in Taurus to me.
Pickle Fix occupies the second spot. Venus in Taurus people can be extreme foodies, so this trend suits them well.
Thirdly, the Goddess Complex. I have chosen this one because Venus rules Taurus, and I associate Venus in Taurus with Big Goddess Vibes.
Venus in Gemini and Pinterest Predicts 2025
When I think about surrealism, I think about Venus in Gemini. This astrological placement is not afraid to be avant-garde. Besides, its creative expression could be considered illogical by other zodiac signs.
The Pinterest trend Surreal Soirees fits Venus in Gemini like a glove. Gemini is an Air sign that enjoys mental stimulation. It is ruled by Mercury, a planet that likes to learn and engage in quirky projects.
Even though this trend is mainly related to décor, Venus in Gemini natives can still be inspired by surrealism. They can apply it to their fashion and the art they consume during 2025.
Venus in Gemini people could also write down the dreams they have at night. Then, when they are awake, they can creatively transform them.
In second place, I chose the Seeing Double trend. Twins are the symbol of Gemini, so it seemed apt for Venus in this zodiac sign.
Thirdly, I found the trend Primary Play to be really appropriate. Gemini, as an Air sign ruled by Mercury, is playful and has a very active inner child vibe.
Venus in Cancer and Pinterest Predicts 2025
The Rococo Revival seems SO pertinent for Venus in Cancer!
Pinterest writes that fashion and décor in 2025 “will draw inspiration from the Rococo era.” This is “a Late Baroque period that was both opulent and ultra-feminine.” Opulence and ultra femininity are two characteristics that I clearly see in Venus in Cancer.
Venus in Cancer has a nurturing quality that translates into its choices for fashion and beauty. This placement wants to feel at home in their own skin.
For this reason, I have chosen Nesting Parties in second place. This parenting trend is quite niche and specific. It’s “the baby shower as it should have always been.” This gathering entails helping new parents prep their home for the baby’s arrival.
This trend still applies if you have Venus in Cancer and zero interest in becoming a parent. The idea is to romanticize your home, your nest, and make it comfortable and nutritious. Cancer is ruled by the Moon. The Moon is associated with the house, the roots, the private life, the waves of the ocean.
Let’s not forget that Cancer is also a Water sign. This is why Sea Witchery goes third. Pinterest states that users will choose “sultry siren make-up, wet wavy hair and moody mermaid manicures”.
Cancer is a Water sign ruled by the Moon. Did I mention that the Moon also rules the ocean’s waves? There you go.
Venus in Leo and Pinterest Predicts 2025
Choosing the Goddess Complex trend for Venus in Leo was a no-brainer. I even think Pinterest created this trend with Venus in Leo, or at least Leo’s energy, in mind.
The zodiac sign Leo is ruled by the Sun. This sign knows their worth, their power, and their ability to cast a light upon others, too. Gold is its color.
Venus in Leo is not afraid of the spotlight and knows how to shine. Being a muse to others is no big deal for them.
Mix and Maximalist goes in second place. Pinterest describes this trend as mixing and matching “brilliantly bold patterns, eclectic prints, gorgeous textures and use every single colour out there in the process”. Sounds like something Venus in Leo would like to do.
Lastly, I have picked Surreal Soirees. Venus in Leo is a fantastic host who enjoys inviting and entertaining people. This trend will improve the quality of their parties and make them even more memorable.
Venus in Virgo and Pinterest Predicts 2025
Virgo is usually seen as a dry, organized, and boring zodiac sign. But people forget that the ruler of this sign is Mercury. And Mercury is a very mischievous, witty, and ingenious planet.
This is why I have chosen Primary Play for Venus in Virgo.
Venus in Virgo can be sober and humble, sure. But this placement is also smart, original, and resourceful.
In 2025, Venus in Virgo can “let their inner child shine” and become more playful. Natives can engage in exercises of active creativity without fear.
Secondly, we have Seeing Double. I have chosen this trend because Virgo is a mutable sign.
Every mutable sign has this duplicitous quality. This doesn’t mean that they are deceitful in purpose. Instead, it means that they have two or more facets. There’s more to them than you can see at first sight.
Terra Futura goes in third place. Virgo is an Earth sign, very concerned with sustainability and caring for the planet. This trend is appropriate for Venus in Virgo.
Venus in Libra and Pinterest Predicts 2025
The Dolled Up trend seems fantastic for Venus in Libra. According to Pinterest, “users will take a playful approach to doll-style make-up”, as well as “cutecore room ideas”.
Venus in Libra is extremely concerned with its own appearance and their home’s aesthetics. Beauty and goodness seem to be interchangeable for the natives.
A second option, probably less cliched, is the Moto Boho trend. I have chosen this one with Florence Welch in mind. Her natal chart shows Venus in Libra, and her style compresses the Moto Boho trend.
Pinterest describes it as including “chunky leather handbags, flowy skirts, moto boots and just enough fringe. It’s not just a look—it’s a lifestyle.”
The Goddess Complex trend goes in third place, same as Venus in Taurus, for the same reason. Libra is the other sign ruled by Venus.
Venus in Scorpio and Pinterest Predicts 2025
I love the Fisherman Aesthetic for Venus in Scorpio because Scorpio is a Water sign.
Pinterest argues that users “will embrace a laid-back maritime attitude, bringing nautical vibes to everything.” The company also tells us to get ready for cable-knit jumpers, sardine tattoos and stripes. on. everything.”
Venus in Scorpio is magnetic without even trying. It can be attractive and sultry. But it also likes to be comfortable for digging up the next mystery they become obsessed with.
Full disclosure: I have Venus in Scorpio, and I’M SO HERE FOR THIS LOOK!
Cherry Coded goes second. Mars is the traditional ruler of Scorpio, and Pluto is the modern ruler. The depth of the color cherry and its symbolism fits Venus in Scorpio.
Pickle Fix occupies third place. Pickles are tangy, a quality that can be associated with Scorpio. I like this trend to match the acid, sharp, or bitter characteristics of Venus in this sign.
Venus in Sagittarius and Pinterest Predicts 2025
Pinterest invites you to “find your aura, wear it with confidence and consider yourself dipped in vibes all day long.” This sounds very on point for Venus in Sagittarius.
Jupiter rules Sagittarius. Jupiter is the planet of good fortune, expansion, travelling, and learning about a topic in-depth. Focusing on auras and confidence looks good on Venus in Sagittarius.
Venus in Sagittarius is boastful, energetic, loud, and always prepared to embark on their next adventure.
Peak Travel also suits this placement because it enjoys taking trips. According to Pinterest, “mountain ranges will become the ultimate travel destination” in 2025. Let’s go skiing!
Finally, Mix and Maximalist is third on the list. The reason is that Sagittarius is a Fire sign. Fire signs can be kind of kitsch. I can totally see Venus in Sagittarius layering lots of different patterns and textures obtained from their travels.
Venus in Capricorn and Pinterest Predicts 2025
Saturn rules Capricorn. This planet is associated with old traditions and structures. Castles are old and related to bygone ways of organizing society. This is why I have chosen Castlecore as the first trend for Venus in Capricorn.
Pinterest explains that “medieval is having a major moment.” Users “will take home décor inspiration from ancient castles, while fashion and accessories will be gothic-inspired. It’s a comeback of the highest order.”
Venus in Capricorn can be traditional and old-school but manifest it in a feminine and romantic way.
Secondly, I’ll go with Moto Boho. Combining the femininity of lace with rougher textures such as leather is a good choice for Venus in Capricorn.
Pickle Fix goes here because I associate pickles with adulting with style. No one knows how to adult with style more than Venus in Capricorn.
Venus in Aquarius and Pinterest Predicts 2025
Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius. This planet is connected with sudden changes, technology, innovation, and the internet. For this reason, the Player One aesthetic is perfect for Venus in Aquarius.
Customizing “their digital personas, designing their avatars’ hair, outfits and even accessories” will work for Venus in Aquarius. This trend will blur the boundaries between virtual and analog life.
Venus in Aquarius has a foot in the past because Saturn is the traditional ruler of Aquarius. The other foot is in the future because Uranus is the modern ruler. This placement is not afraid to combine the old with the new unexpectedly.
Rebel Floats is the second trend I have chosen. Venus in Aquarius can “give the old-school soda pop a radical makeover” in “an all-American retro diner.” I like this trend because it combines the old (Saturn) with the radical (Uranus).
Finally, we have Terra Futura. Aquarius is not an Earth sign. It’s an Air sign. As such, it’s very concerned about the future of our communities. Besides, “this eco-living aesthetic will bring some stellar sci-fi vibes along with the seriously cool real-world wins.” In my opinion, this description suits Venus in Aquarius perfectly.
Venus in Pisces and Pinterest Predicts 2025
The Sea Witchery trend fits Venus in Piscis on so many levels!
The traditional ruler of Pisces is Jupiter. Jupiter means expansion, learning, and wisdom. Witches have wisdom.
Neptune is the modern ruler, and it’s connected with the ocean, the immense and the mystical.
See why Sea Witchery is perfect?!
Venus in Pisces has an ethereal vibe. It displays a combination of a mermaid, a retired classical Hollywood star, and a dash of not-trying-hard vibes.
Aura Beauty goes well with Sea Witchery and, therefore, with the Venus in Pisces style.
In the third place, I have chosen Fisherman Aesthetic because Pisces is a Water sign, too.
